I want you to feel confident when booking your coaching session. Please review the policy below before purchasing:
- Refunds: Coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please email me at mao@sparklybelly.com at least 24 hours in advance of your session. I’ll be happy to find a new time with you.
- No-shows: If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
- Technical issues: If we experience technical problems (e.g., Zoom connection issues), we’ll reschedule at no extra cost.
